Hello all, Marc here at Cumberland Cycles. Hope everyone is doing well and either already pedaling or like myself, coming out of hibernation, doing a little stretching and getting ready to hit the 09 season rollin! I thought I'd drop a line, say hello and give everybody some updates on the shop.

As most of you know, we moved the shop this last year and what a move it was. A good one but moving is just never easy. If you havent already stopped in, please come check out the new shop. We just moved three doors down from the old but boy has the space changed. So far the reactions have been great and I thank you all for that. With the new space we have added a few new things. One, a new bike line has been added to the floor and we welcome MASI BIKES. I have been a dealer for Masi for some years and have done a few special orders over the years but I thought it was time for them to be seen and boy are they pretty.You can see a few of their models on our floor and also check them out at www.masibikes.com.

Another addition in the works is the new KESTREL BIKES. Again, a bikeI have dealt with in the past but they where recently purchased by Fuji Bikes and their new 09 product line is amazing. Although at this time we do not have plans to carry any on the floor we can have you one in a matter of days so if you are interested, stop by and we can go through the catalog or also check them out at www.kestrelbicycles.com. Again, WOW, what a beautiful line-up of bicycles. For those who know much about the curent trend in many gym work-outs, spinning is in! If you are looking to burn calories, nothing compares to a Spinning workout. A typical Spinning class will get you burning as much as 600 calories in just 40 minutes. We are now carrying a home version of the SPINNING BIKE known as the FORZA F-5 TRAINER CYCLE. These Spinners are just like what you see in the gym, equipped with an uncomplicated resistance knob.
